Since entering the private practice of law, Jordan has focused on providing his clients with the best possible advice to meet their estate planning goals.

He is a resident of Litchfield and a graduate of Litchfield High School, Cornell University, and Quinnipiac School of Law.

He is a member of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys, the National College of Probate Court Judges, and several other organizations dedication to excellence in the practice of law. He has presented several seminars on Estate Planning, Special Needs, and Medicaid, including a continuing legal education program offered by the National Business Institute to educate attorneys on the use of trusts in estate planning.

Outside the office, he is a member of the Litchfield-Morris Rotary Club and the Knights of Columbus. He is dedicated to environmental issues and volunteers as the Vice Chairman of the Litchfield Conservation Commission.

Jordan serves as the Judge of Probate for the Litchfield Hills Probate Court, which includes the towns of Canaan, Cornwall, Harwinton, Kent, Litchfield, Morris, Norfolk, North Canaan, Salisbury, Sharon, Thomaston, and Warren.
